Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil. Maximum side load capacity 1,200N.
For variable stroke adjustment: loosen both lock nuts, adjust stroke, then
re-tighten to 45-50N·m torque. Maintain 0.3-0.6MPa air pressure during adjustment.
Critical note:
Requires minimum 2mm radial clearance around rod. Avoid angular misalignment
exceeding ±3°. Install rod-end support when stroke exceeds 40mm in vertical applications.
