Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with manifold brackets (max 0.5mm misalignment tolerance).
Maintain 15mm clearance below for electrical connector access. Use ISO VG32 or
equivalent pneumatic oil for lubrication. Cycle test 3-5 times after long-term storage.
Critical notes:
Requires 5μm filtration with automatic drain. Avoid rapid pressure changes
(>0.5 MPa/sec). For continuous operation, maintain ambient temperature below 60℃.
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based fluids.
