Installation note:

Maintain ≥15mm clearance on exhaust ports for proper venting. Lubricate sliding parts
with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if operating in dry air conditions.
Critical notice:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants. Avoid rapid pressure
fluctuations above 0.8MPa. For vertical mounting, ensure coil position faces downward
to prevent debris accumulation.
