Mount on ISO5599/1 compliant manifold using M5 mounting screws (3.5Nm torque limit).
Maintain 15mm clearance below valve for service access. Use AirTAC VG68 pneumatic oil
for lubrication in high-cycling applications (>5 operations/sec).
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtration with automatic drain. Avoid rapid pressure fluctuations
exceeding 0.3 MPa/sec to prevent spool oscillation. For vertical installation,
orient coil section upward to prevent debris accumulation.
