Installation protocol:
Always align cylinder axis with movement direction (±0.5° tolerance max).
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during initial setup. Perform monthly
rod surface inspection when used in abrasive environments.
Critical note:
Not compatible with rotary actuators without additional torque support.
Maximum side load capacity 450N at mid-stroke. Avoid rapid pressure
changes exceeding 0.5 MPa/sec.
