Installation guidelines:
Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during mounting. Use M6 grade 8.8 or higher mounting bolts.
For vertical installations, install rod end downward to prevent moisture accumulation. Lubricate weekly
under continuous operation (2,000+ cycles/day).
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtered air with automatic drain. Avoid lateral loads exceeding 30N·m.
Maximum side load capacity: 150N at full extension. Not recommended for rotational applications
exceeding 15 RPM.
