Installation guidelines:
Use M10 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 minimum) with vibration-proof washers.
Maintain 0.5° maximum angular misalignment. Lubricate rod with ISO VG32
hydraulic oil during initial installation. Allow 50mm free space at stroke ends
for cushion effectiveness.
Critical note:
Not suitable for side load applications without external guide.
Maximum side load capacity: 120N at mid-stroke. Cycle rate should not exceed
80% duty cycle at maximum pressure.
