Installation note:
Requires 0.5° maximum angular misalignment compensation. Lubricate through air port
(ISO VG32 hydraulic oil recommended) before initial operation. Cushion adjustment
should be performed under actual load conditions.
Maintenance alert:
Inspect rod seals every 500km of cumulative stroke movement in high particulate
environments. Replace wiper seals immediately if visible scoring exceeds 0.2mm depth.
