Installation Guidelines:
Mount with M12 grade 8.8 bolts (torque 45-50Nm). Maintain minimum 15mm free space at stroke ends for cushion effectiveness. For vertical mounting, install rod end downward to prevent condensate accumulation.
- Relubricate every 500km of cumulative stroke movement
- Inspect rod seals every 1 million cycles
- Replace cushion rings at 3 million cycles
