Installation requirements:
Maximum allowable misalignment 0.2mm/m. Use M12 grade 8.8 mounting bolts
with spring washers. Lubricate rod with MIL-PRF-6083 grease before initial operation.
Avoid extended static pressure above 0.7 MPa.
