Installation note:
Use M12x1.25 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with anti-vibration washers.
Lubricate through air port with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil during initial setup.
Maintain 0.3-0.5mm clearance around rod for thermal expansion.
