Maintenance Protocol:
Relubricate every 500km of cumulative stroke travel using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.
Avoid side load exceeding 15% of max thrust capacity. For vertical installations,
always use rod-down orientation to prevent seal drainage.
Environmental Note:
Not suitable for high-frequency cycling (>80% ED) without auxiliary cooling.
Requires 40μm filtration with automatic drain for dusty environments (AS 7.4.1-2007 compliance).
