Heavy-wall cylinder engineered for construction equipment vibration and shock loads. Features triple sealing system (rod wiper + primary seal + buffer seal) and reinforced rod bearing. Optional magnetic piston version (B04-SC80X800-M) available for position feedback. Requires 40μm filtration minimum.

Installation note:
Use M12x1.75 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher). Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between rod end and load during alignment. For vertical mounting, specify "V" suffix model with enhanced rod bearing lubrication.
Critical maintenance:
Inspect rod seals every 500 operating hours in high particulate environments. Never exceed 1,200mm/s piston speed without consulting factory.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
