Heavy-wall cylinder engineered for construction equipment vibrations and shock loads. Features double-lip rod seal with wiper ring for dust protection. The chrome-plated piston rod undergoes multi-stage polishing (Ra≤0.4μm) to prevent scoring. Optional magnetic piston version (B04-SU80X600-M) available for position feedback.

Installation Guidelines:
Use M12 grade mounting bolts with anti-vibration washers. Lubricate through built-in grease nipple (ZG1/8") monthly using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil. For vertical mounting, install rod-down orientation to prevent condensate accumulation.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
