Installation guidelines:
Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during mounting. Use flexible couplings when connecting to vibrating machinery. Perform cushion adjustment under full load conditions. Lubricate through air port monthly in high-usage scenarios.
Critical note:
Not suitable for side load applications exceeding 150N. Always install rod-end support brackets when stroke exceeds 500mm. Maximum lateral rod play tolerance: ±0.8mm.
