Installation guidelines:
Recommend horizontal or vertical mounting with <5° angular misalignment tolerance.
Use shock absorbers when stroke-end impact velocity exceeds 500mm/s.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if operated in continuous cycling applications.
Maintenance note:
Replace rod wipers every 500km of cumulative stroke movement.
Always use 5μm filtration for compressed air supply in high-dust environments.
