Installation guidelines:
Use M12×1.25 mounting bolts with 18-22N·m torque. Maintain 0.5-1mm alignment tolerance during installation.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during initial commissioning. Requires 5μm filtration with automatic drain.
- Re-lubricate every 500km of cumulative stroke
- Replace rod wiper every 2,000 operating hours
- Inspect buffer adjustment monthly
