The hard chrome-plated piston rod incorporates a specially designed wiper seal to prevent abrasive particle ingress. Optional magnetic piston version (B04-SUD63X800-M) available for position feedback.

Installation guidelines:
Use vibration-resistant mounting brackets in mobile applications.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if operating below -10℃.
Recommend installing an air dryer when used in high-humidity environments.
- Re-lubrication interval: Every 500km of rod movement or 6 months
- Cushion adjustment inspection: Every 200 operating hours
- Full seal replacement: 5,000km rod travel or 3 years
