Installation protocol:
Requires 0.3-0.5mm gap between mounting surfaces for thermal expansion.
Use M12x1.75 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with Loctite 243 threadlocker.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil during assembly.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Maximum side load capacity 450N at mid-stroke.
Requires daily inspection of rod seals in abrasive environments.
