Ruggedized pneumatic cylinder engineered for harsh construction environments. Features triple-lip rod seal for dust resistance and impact-resistant end caps. The chrome-plated piston rod with hardened surface treatment (HRC 45-50) withstands side loads common in excavator attachments and concrete machinery. Requires 5μm filtered air with 1-10mg/m³ oil content.

Installation warning:
Must use reinforced nylon tubing (≥8mm ID) for high-vibration environments.
Rod end alignment tolerance ≤0.2mm/m to prevent premature wear. Lubricate every
500km of cumulative stroke movement under heavy loads.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
