Installation guidelines:
Mount using M8x1.25 grade 8.8 bolts with anti-vibration washers.
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between rod end and load during alignment.
Perform initial 30-minute low-pressure (0.1MPa) run-in before full operation.
- Relubricate every 500km of cumulative stroke movement
- Inspect buffer seals every 2,000 operating hours
- Replace rod wiper after 10⁶ cycles in high-dust environments
