The GFC series is AirTAC's G-line economy two-unit air preparation set: a GFR filter regulator joined to a GL lubricator in the same body size. Mounted at the machine air inlet ahead of the directional valves and cylinders, it removes water and particulate, holds a steady outlet pressure and then adds a controlled oil mist to the air going downstream. Four bodies cover the stocked span: GFC200 for 1/8 and 1/4 inch ports, GFC300 for 1/4 to 1/2 inch, GFC400 for 3/8 and 1/2 inch, and GFC600 for 3/4 and 1 inch.
Every body shares the same core specification: air service, 40 um filtering as standard or 5 um with the W element option, 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and a -5 to +70 C operating window. The regulator adjustment range depends on the drain type - 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the default differential-pressure or automatic drain, widened to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a manual drain. Bowls are polycarbonate on the 200/300/400 sizes and aluminium alloy on the 600.
Variant codes let you tailor each set: A for an automatic drain, M for manual, W for the 5 um element, N to delete the gauge, round or square gauge faces with MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and the K reflux option. The B52 prefix orders the copper-free line. Because the lubricator is part of the design, GFC feeds oil-mist-lubricated valves and actuators - for an oil-free downstream supply, use the GFR filter regulator alone.

How to Choose the Right Model
Size the body to the air demand of the machine, not to the pipe already on the wall: GFC200 suits light-duty circuits on 1/8-1/4 inch lines, GFC300 is the general-purpose mid-range, GFC400 covers larger 3/8-1/2 inch supplies, and GFC600 handles high-demand 3/4-1 inch mains. Then fix the drain type - differential-pressure as the default, automatic (A) where nobody is around to drain the bowl, or manual (M) where an operator drains it and you want the adjustment floor down to 0.05 MPa.
Confirm five points before ordering: body size against air demand; port size and thread (PT, G or NPT); drain type (differential, A or M); element grade (40 um standard, 5 um with W for sensitive devices); and gauge choice - fitted or N for none, round or square face, MPa, psi or bar scale - plus the K reflux option if your circuit calls for it. Step outside the series when the function changes: GFR when the downstream must stay oil-free, GC when you want three separate F.R.L. stages, GF, GR or GL for a single function in the same body size, and the GAFC series for AirTAC's higher-end air preparation line.
