AirTAC Pneumatics
Thirty-three AirTAC fittings, adapters, unions and 4M valve adapter plates covering ACQ, MA, MF, MAC, PB, M and 4M series - thread and form confirmed per part number, priced $4.41-$24.41.
inventory_233 models availableThis collection is the fittings end of AirTAC's cylinder accessories: 33 parts that get air into and out of a cylinder or plumb one unit to another. Eight serve the ACQ series, eight MA, six MF, two MAC, two PB, five carry the B52- prefix across the M, MA and MF lines, and two are P-4M adapter plates for the 4M valve family. Prices run $4.41 to $24.41 with a median of $6.94, and size tokens span 8 through 100.
Part codes end in either -Y or -I. These are two different fitting forms, and the same suffix appears in AirTAC's naming both as a fitting and as an adapter, so the exact form is confirmed per part number rather than assumed. The practical route is simple: tell us your cylinder series and size and we will confirm the correct code and thread before you order.
Two details worth knowing before you buy. The five B52- parts (B52-F-M, B52-F-MA and B52-F-MF) are a copper-free special-order line, not part of the standard range. And the -R1 on the P-4M200-R1 and P-4M300-R1 adapter plates is part of the plate code itself, not a repair-kit marker.
Replacing a damaged fitting on an ACQ or MA cylinder port: matching the host series and size token keeps the pneumatic line identical to the original connection.
F-MF and F-MAC codes tie neighbouring cylinders and valve ports into one air circuit on a production fixture, with size tokens from 8 up to 100 to match the units involved.
The P-4M200-R1 and P-4M300-R1 adapter plates serve the 4M valve family where a plate interface is needed instead of a threaded fitting.
Where a copper-free pneumatic circuit is specified, the five B52- M, MA and MF parts cover those cylinder connections on special order.
Start from the cylinder or valve you are connecting. Pick the matching series block (ACQ, MA, MF, MAC, PB, M or 4M), then the size token that matches your unit: 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 80 or 100. Before ordering, confirm the five points: the host series, the size token, the -Y or -I form, the thread type and size (confirmed from the datasheet or by sending us the part number), and the port arrangement you need to reach.
If your goal is to close an unused port rather than connect to it, step over to the blanking-plates collection instead. To attach a load to the rod rather than air to the port, see rod-end-joints, where the F-ACQ and F-PB codes appear again in a load-carrying role. For a pressure readout bought alongside air preparation equipment, see pressure-gauges. All of these sit inside the wider cylinder-accessories family of 1107 parts.
Quick checklist
Thirty-three parts across eight lines: 8 each for F-ACQ and F-MA, 6 for F-MF, 2 each for F-MAC, F-PB, B52-F-M, B52-F-MA and P-4M, and 1 for B52-F-MF. Prices run $4.41 to $24.41 with a median of $6.94, and size tokens span 8 through 100.
They are two different fitting forms. In AirTAC's English naming the same suffix appears both as a fitting and as an adapter - F-ACQ-Y is a Fitting Assembly while F-MA-Y is an Adapter Assembly Kit, for example - so the form is confirmed per part number. Send us your cylinder series and size and we confirm the exact code and thread before you order.
The same codes appear in both collections but in different roles: an F-ACQ-Y fitting carries air through the port, while an F-ACQ-I connector on the rod-end-joints page drives a load. Order from the collection that matches the job so the part form is correct.
Every part is genuine AirTAC, sold by an authorized export seller. Items are listed and orderable with lead time confirmed on request; the five B52- copper-free parts are special-order. Send an RFQ with your cylinder series, size token and part code for a firm lead time.
