AirTAC Cylinder Mounting Brackets

This collection is the hardware that fixes an AirTAC cylinder to the machine: 272 separate part numbers covering feet, flange plates, single and double lug brackets, axial fixing brackets, mid-body and end-cover trunnions, rear hinges and swing mounts. It is not a cylinder collection - every bracket here is sold on its own and only makes sense once you already know the cylinder series and bore it must carry.

The code stem names the cylinder series and the suffix names the mounting style. CA is a single lug bracket, CB a double ear or double lug bracket, CR a single angled lug, FA a front flange plate, LB an axial fixing bracket (also listed as an axial mounting bracket or, on some F-MF and F-MG parts, an axial fixing frame or axial retainer - same idea, the cylinder is held along its axis), TC a middle trunnion, FTC an end-cover trunnion, TCM a trunnion mount assembly, SDB a rear hinge bracket and CJ a rear swing bracket.

Coverage measured across the catalogue: SI (74 codes) and SC (54 codes) account for nearly half the range, followed by JSI, SE, MI, MG, MA, MF, PB, SG, SAI, RMS, RMSF, ACA and DPS. Bore sizes run 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200 and 250, with the bulk between 20 and 63. Two RMS brackets carry the B52- prefix for the copper-free special-order line - these are not standard stock items. Prices span $3.48 to $301.25 with a median of $13.92, so most brackets are inexpensive but the largest flanges and trunnions are not.
