Installation guidelines:
Mount with 10mm clearance around manifold surface for heat dissipation.
Use anti-vibration washers in high-shock environments. Lubricate sliding
parts with ISO VG32 turbine oil if operating below -10℃.
Critical note:
Do NOT use silicone-based lubricants. Maintain minimum 0.3 MPa back pressure
when used in vacuum applications. Cycle rate must not exceed 5Hz continuously.
