About the AirTAC 4V410-15 Solenoid Valve, 4V400 Series (4V41015B-AM)
The 4V41015B-AM is a 4V410-15B built with the factory -AM option: the standard coil is swapped for an AMISCO (Italian) solenoid, fitted to the same AirTAC 4V400 body and wired for DC24V through a terminal-box entry. It is a 5/2 single-solenoid directional valve for double-acting cylinders and actuators: energise the coil to shift the spool and send air to one side of the cylinder, and when you cut the signal the spring returns the spool and exhausts the other side. Ports are 1/2in PT (Rc tapered), the largest in the 4V family, with an effective area of 48.0 mm2 (Cv 2.82).
At this flow class the valve comfortably feeds roughly O80-125 mm bore cylinders in clamping, pressing and lifting duty. Response is 0.05 s or better, and the 4V410 body weighs 590 g, so it mounts cleanly on a base or in an integrated manifold group. Size the valve so effective area / Cv is not the bottleneck for your cylinder bore and speed. Undersized valves slow the actuator. Note 5/3 (center) versions have a smaller effective area than the 5/2 of the same body size.

Pick the 4V41015B-AM when your cylinder is too demanding for a 4V300 (Cv 1.65) and you specifically want the Italian AMISCO coil on a DC24V, terminal-box valve. The 4V400 is the biggest 4V body, so for flow beyond Cv 2.82 you would move up to a larger valve series or a manifold arrangement. If you need the cylinder to stay put on power loss rather than spring back, step up to the double-solenoid 4V420 (memory) or a 5/3 centre version instead. For replacement, match all five points: 4V400 body, function 10, 1/2in PT port, DC24V coil and terminal entry, plus the -AM coil option.
