The ACED125X160 is a double acting, double-rod compact cylinder built to ISO 21287: a 125 mm bore with a 25 mm hard-chrome-plated S45C rod leaving BOTH covers, so thrust is identical on the extend and retract strokes. At 0.5 MPa it delivers 5890.5 N in either direction, rising to 8246.7 N at 0.7 MPa. Its short hard-anodized aluminium body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why heavy clamping and lifting fixtures with tight envelopes choose it.
Because the through-rod exits both ends, the piston resists rotation and side load, the rear rod can carry a sensor flag or a second tool, and the mount stays symmetric. Fixed TPU bumpers at each end absorb end-of-stroke shock, and speed spans 30-500 mm/s over 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) of clean air.
