The ACED40X110S is a double acting compact cylinder built to ISO 21287, with a piston rod leaving BOTH covers so the 40 mm bore delivers 571.8 N at 0.5 MPa in each direction - both strokes use the rod-side area, so push and pull are always identical. The hard-anodized aluminium body carries a roller-burnished bore, the S45C rod is hard-chrome plated, and a fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs end-of-stroke energy. It runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), proof tested to 1.5 MPa (215 psi), from -20 to +70 C at 30-500 mm/s.
