About the Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP25X70
The ACP25X70 is a double acting DIN-standard compact cylinder with a 25 mm bore and 70 mm stroke, built around a hard-anodized aluminium body with covers threaded on and an S45C hard-chrome piston rod. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 245.4 N and pulls 206.2 N, rising to 343.6 N push and 288.6 N pull at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 50.1 kgf at 1.0 MPa. Air is the only fluid, filtered to 40 um, over 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi).
Its short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it fits tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot. For sizing, treat about 147 N (0.6 of the push figure) as the usable working force, and note it lifts roughly 25 kg vertically at 0.5 MPa - halve that for a 2:1 margin. A fixed TPU bumper sits at both ends, speed runs 30-500 mm/s, and the optional -S magnet enables CMSE / DMSE switches. This model is discontinued; the current-production drop-in is ACE25X70.

The 70 mm stroke is well inside the 150 mm maximum standard stroke for this bore. The female M6x1.0 rod thread takes I/Y knuckles, and FA/FB flange, LB foot or CA/CB clevis mounts bolt to the standard face.
