The AirTAC ACQJ80X90-30SB is a double-acting JIS compact cylinder with an external threaded stop and lock nut that limits the EXTEND end position. You can fine-tune the usable extend range from 60 mm up to the full 90 mm directly on your machinery without swapping parts. The RETRACT stroke remains completely unaffected. Because the piston area is unchanged, the output force is identical to a standard ACQ of this bore.

This 80 mm bore model features a Ø25 mm piston rod and PT3/8 port. It includes the -S magnet for positioning via reed or solid-state switches, and the -B male rod-end thread (M22x1.5) for direct load coupling. The R adjuster thread is M20x1.5. Deceleration relies on a fixed NBR elastomer bumper at each end, not an adjustable air cushion.
