Installation note:
Maintain ≤0.1mm alignment tolerance during mounting. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil
if operating below -10℃. Requires 5μm filtered air supply for optimal seal life.
Copper restriction:
Contains ≤0.1% copper content (per RoHS III). Not suitable for
oxygen-rich environments above 0.3MPa.
