The AirTAC AirTAC GL600-20 Lubricator (GL60020) is a genuine G-series air lubricator. It meters an oil mist into the compressed-air line so cylinders, valves and air tools downstream stay lubricated, with PT3/4" ports and a aluminium alloy oil bowl. A lubricator does not filter or regulate — it goes last in the line, after the filter and the regulator.
The AirTAC GL60020 is a G-series air lubricator: it adds a controlled oil mist to compressed air so downstream cylinders, valves and air tools stay lubricated. It carries no filter and no pressure regulator - lubrication is its only function. This unit is size 600 with PT3/4 ports and an aluminium alloy bowl, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series lubricator range runs from size 200 to size 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options; the bracket can be included or omitted with a J suffix. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. A lubricator has no drain, no regulating mechanism, no gauge and no filter element, so none of those figures apply. Oil grade, bowl capacity, flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

The lubricator has the shortest code of the six G-series subfamilies — size, port, bracket, thread. There is no drain, pressure-type, gauge or filtering-grade position. Example: GL300-10JG is a 300 body, PT3/8", no bracket, G (BSPP) thread.
A larger body carries a larger port and passes more air. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GL600 uses an aluminium-alloy oil bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fits the 3/4 in air drop feeding pneumatic drives and diverters on a bottling-line conveyor, delivering a steady oil mist to the cylinders that index and divert bottles.
Installed on the plant-air main at a stamping department, it lubricates the air feeding die clamps and part-ejector cylinders running on 3/4 in circuits.
At a truck and bus service depot, it meters oil into the shop-air drop feeding heavy impact guns, bead breakers and lift cylinders on 3/4 in lines.
Step up to a size 600 body when the line runs 3/4 in piping and needs the larger oil delivery of the biggest G-series lubricator; the 600 series also accepts a 1 in port (GL60025) for the largest circuits. Thread here is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as options, and the mounting bracket is included on this code. AirTAC publishes lubricator flow as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GL600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The oil mist travels downstream, so if any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator. We will confirm the recommended oil grade from the factory datasheet on request.
AirTAC publishes lubricator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Give us your line pressure, port size and air demand and we will confirm the correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
Follow your piping: the GL60020 is the size 600 body with 3/4 in ports, while sizes 200, 300 and 400 cover 1/8 in to 1/2 in lines. The 600 body uses an aluminium alloy bowl and suits the largest circuits; if your line is 1 in, the GL60025 with PT1 ports is the matching step.
