Few 20 mm minis offer as much stroke flexibility as the MAJ20X80-75S: the stop screw spans a 75 mm reduction, so the same cylinder covers everything from a 5 mm jab to the full 80 mm reach. Push force is 157 N at 0.5 MPa (219.8 N at 0.7 MPa) and pull 131.9 N, delivered by AirTAC's rolled stainless round body with its hard-chrome plated rod.
Across that whole window the effective stroke changes but the force class does not, so count on about 94 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa after de-rating. Fixed bumper pads take the sting out of the stroke ends at every setting, and the standard built-in magnet suits CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches for end-position feedback.
