A double acting, non-rotating compact cylinder built to ISO 21287, the TACE20X45 pairs a 20 mm bore with a 45 mm stroke and delivers 157.1 N of push and 117.8 N of pull at 0.5 MPa. Twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or plate stays square without an external guide. The short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it drops into tight jigs, guards and gantries.
The hard-anodized aluminium body has a roller-burnished bore, and the S45C hard-chrome plated rod runs on a two-way seal that also stores grease. A fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs end-of-stroke energy. Plan on roughly 94 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa rather than the full rating, and with a 2:1 margin the rod lifts about 8 kg vertically.
