Installation note:
Mount in vibration-damped position using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
For vertical installation, maintain exhaust port downward. Perform monthly
manual cycling to prevent seal adhesion in static systems. Maximum allowable
pulse frequency: 5Hz continuous operation.
