Installation Guidelines:
Mount using M5 mounting bolts (max torque 4.5N·m). Maintain minimum
30cm distance from high-frequency equipment. Use locknuts on both
sides of manifold mounting for vibration resistance. Pre-lubricate
with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil during commissioning.
Critical Note:
Requires 2-second minimum dwell time between actuations for
pressure equalization. Not compatible with phosphate ester-based
fluids. Maximum allowable leakage: 50cm³/min at 15MPa.
