The AirTAC 4V series is a family of internally pilot-operated, 5-port directional control valves for double-acting pneumatic cylinders. Four body sizes cover the flow range: 4V100 (M5 or PT1/8 ports), 4V200 (PT1/8-PT1/4), 4V300 (PT1/4-PT3/8), and 4V400 (PT3/8-PT1/2). Choose single-solenoid 5/2 (spring return), double-solenoid 5/2 (memory), or double-solenoid 5/3 with closed, exhaust, or pressure centre.
All 4V valves share a working pressure range of 0.15-0.8 MPa, temperature range -20 to +70 C, and operate on filtered air (40 um). How to Choose the Right Model
Match the valve body size to your cylinder bore and required speed. Larger bores or faster strokes need higher flow: 4V100 for small-bore cylinders, 4V200 for general purpose, 4V300 for higher flow, 4V400 for large-bore cylinders. Under-sizing starves the cylinder and slows it down.
