The ACED series is the double-rod version of the ISO 21287 ACE compact cylinder. A piston rod exits both covers, so output force is equal in both directions because both strokes use the rod-side area. This through-rod design resists rotation and side load, and provides a symmetric mounting option. The rear rod can carry a sensor flag for position sensing.
The range spans 10 bores from 12 to 100 mm, with rod diameters from 6 mm (bore 12) up to 20 mm (bore 100). Ports are M5x0.8 for bores 12-25, 1/8 inch for 32-63, and 1/4 inch for 80-100. At 0.5 MPa, force ranges from about 42 N (bore 12) to 3770 N (bore 100), equal in both directions. Speed range is 30-500 mm/s.
All ACED cylinders share a hard-anodized aluminium body, S45C hard-chrome rods, two-way seals, and fixed TPU bumpers at both ends. They are double acting and do not hold position on air loss. A magnet option (-S) is available for CMSE/DMSE switches. Operating pressure is 0.15-1.0 MPa, proof pressure 1.5 MPa, temperature -20 to +80 C, and air filtration 40 um. The series follows ISO 21287 compact cylinder standard, not tie-rod or ISO 15552.
