The ACED40X200B is a double acting, double-rod compact cylinder built to ISO 21287: a 40 mm bore with a 12 mm rod exiting BOTH covers, so push and pull are identical at 571.8 N at 0.5 MPa (800.5 N at 0.7 MPa).
