The air path runs filter, bracket, regulator, then lubricator. The filter removes moisture and solid particles, the regulator holds a stable outlet pressure, and the lubricator adds a controlled oil mist for downstream moving parts. It sits at the machine air inlet, ahead of directional valves and actuators.
The range covers five body sizes: GAC200, GAC300, GAC400, GAC500 and GAC600. Port sizes scale from 1/8 inch on the GAC200 up to 1 inch on the GAC600. The weight span runs from 750 g to 4600 g. Bowl capacities also scale with the body, with drain bowls ranging from 25 cc to 205 cc and oil bowls from 36 cc to 410 cc. The catalogue flow curve is plotted to 1750 L/min at 0.7 MPa inlet for the GAC200 and up to 12000 L/min at 0.7 MPa inlet for the GAC600. These curves represent a sizing envelope, not a rated flow.
Shared specifications include a 40 um filtering grade (or 5 um with the W option), a max pressure of 1.0 MPa, and a temperature range of -5 to +70 C. Bowl material options include PC, metal, and nylon for GAC200 through GAC500, while the GAC600 is metal bowl only. A key information-gain fact is that the three stages are separately orderable. A GAC300-10 comprises a GAF300-10 filter, GAR300-10 regulator and GAL300-10 lubricator, so a damaged stage is replaced on its own rather than scrapping the whole set.

Size the body to the air demand of the machine, not to the pipe you happen to have. The port span runs 1/8 inch on GAC200 to 1 inch on GAC600, and the plotted flow envelope rises from 1750 L/min to 12000 L/min at 0.7 MPa inlet across that span. Undersizing starves everything downstream. Bowl capacity dictates the service interval: a 25 cc GAC200 drain bowl needs attention far more often than the 205 cc bowl on a GAC600. The automatic drain option (A) removes that maintenance round when the unit sits somewhere awkward to reach. Pick the type by regulated range: S covers 0.15-0.9 MPa, L only 0.15-0.4 MPa. L gives finer resolution over a low band but cannot reach a 0.6 MPa setpoint, making it the wrong part for a standard 0.5-0.6 MPa machine.
Confirm 5 points before ordering: body size against air demand, port size and thread (PT, G or NPT), pressure type (S or L), bowl material and drain type, and element grade (40 um or 5 um W) plus gauge or no gauge (N). If oil must not reach the downstream device, step out of this series to the AirTAC GAFR filter regulator, which has no lubricator. If only one function is needed, order the separate GAF filter, GAR regulator or GAL lubricator in the matching body size.

Yes. The three stages are separately orderable and their codes follow both the body and port. A GAC300-10 consists of a GAF300-10 filter, GAR300-10 regulator and GAL300-10 lubricator. You can replace a single damaged stage rather than scrapping the entire F.R.L. set.
The GAC series offers PT, G (G thread), and NPT thread options. The thread code also sets the gauge scale: PT uses MPa/psi, G uses bar/MPa, and NPT uses psi/bar. The gauge connection is 1/8 inch on GAC200 and GAC300, and 1/4 inch on GAC400, GAC500 and GAC600.
