Delivering cleaned, lubricated air at a highly controlled downstream pressure, this AirTAC unit combines a filter, regulator and lubricator on a single L-shape bracket. The 1/4in ported body is designed for low-pressure duties, regulating between 0.15-0.4 MPa (20-58 psi). A 5 um element is fitted to trap fine particles for sensitive pneumatic instrumentation.
Because no gauge is supplied, operators must use the 1/8in gauge connection to add one if they need to read the set pressure. The 25 cc condensate bowl and 36 cc oil sump suit intermittent duty on single actuators. Air passes through the filter first, then the regulator, with oil mist added last so the internal seat never gets fouled.
