The AirTAC AirTAC 3V100M-12 3V-F Base (3V100M12F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 12 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The AirTAC 3V100M12F is a twelve-station base for 3/2 solenoid valves. Because all twelve valves draw from one shared supply, panel design gets simpler: one shut-off isolates the group, and one filter before the block protects every valve mounted on it.
A genuine AirTAC part. Elsewhere in the 3V family you will find NC and NO variants, five coil voltages, DIN plug and flying-lead entries, and smaller or larger bases from 1F to 20F. Send an RFQ and we will confirm datasheet figures before you commit to the order.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Refurbishing an older machine? One base replaces a patchwork of individually mounted valves and gives the circuit a single identifiable home.
A bench with air clamps around each work nest can switch every clamp from its own station on the shared block.
Where several blow-off nozzles need individual on/off control - swarf clearing on a machining cell, for example - each nozzle gets its own 3/2 valve.
This twelve-way block suits a rebuild or a new build where a dozen single-acting functions cluster in one area - clamps, chutes, ejectors, blow tips. Mount the base once, then order each valve separately: NC where power loss should vent the actuator, NO where it should stay fed; a coil voltage matching the panel, since voltage is fixed at order time and cannot be changed by rewiring; and DIN plug or flying lead depending on how your cabinet terminates. Sizing is the honest gap here - we hold no published flow figures for the 3V family, so let us check the valve against your cylinder before ordering, and if your project demands documented numbers on day one, the 3V2 and 3V3 bodies publish flow and coil power. For double-acting cylinders, no 3/2 valve will do - specify the 5-port AirTAC 4V series instead.
Confirm before you order
We will confirm those from the AirTAC datasheet when you send an RFQ - we do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind. If your project needs documented figures from the start, the 3V2 (1/8in and 1/4in ports) and 3V3 (1/4in port) valve bodies carry published flow and coil-power data.
NC leaves the outlet vented until the coil is energised, so power loss drops the actuator; NO does the opposite and keeps the outlet fed while de-energised. Decide per station from your fail-safe requirement, then match the coil voltage to the panel supply at order time - it cannot be changed by rewiring later.
