The AirTAC Airtac 3V-F Base 3V200M1F is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 1 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V200M1F is a single-station base in AirTAC's 3V2 family - a machined manifold block that mounts one 3/2 solenoid valve and feeds it from a common supply footprint. A 3/2 valve has three ports (supply, outlet, exhaust) and two states: energised it feeds the outlet, de-energised it vents it. The base provides the mounting and the shared air path; the valve does the switching.
This is a genuine AirTAC part and the valve is ordered separately, so you choose the normally closed or normally open version, one of five coil voltages and either a DIN plug or flying-lead entry for the job at hand. The wider family also covers both electrical entries, all five voltages and the multi-station 3V-F bases. Whichever valve you pick, we will confirm its datasheet figures for you on request.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Clamp the part into a bench-top pressure-decay test fixture with one spring-return cylinder, vented safely whenever the rig is de-energised.
Give a workbench jig one on/off blow-off nozzle for clearing chips between operations, fed from the shop air line through a filter.
Use the station to switch pilot air to a bigger actuated process valve on a skid, with the small 3/2 valve doing the electrical switching.
A single-station base earns its place when you want one valve bolted down properly rather than hanging on its pipework - a common pattern for a retrofit or a laboratory rig. You still specify everything that matters on the valve itself: NC or NO for the fail-safe behaviour on power loss, the port size to suit the actuator, and a coil voltage that matches the panel supply, because a coil cannot be rewired to another voltage. Tell us what the valve will drive and we will check sizing before you commit; where published flow and coil-power figures are needed today, the documented 3V2 (1/8 in and 1/4 in) and 3V3 (1/4 in) bodies carry them.
Confirm before you order
For this family we confirm those figures from the datasheet on request rather than publishing them; send the RFQ with your actuator details and we will come back with the numbers. If published figures must be on the page today, the 3V2 and 3V3 series carry documented flow and coil-power data.
No. A 3/2 valve feeds or vents one outlet, which suits single-acting spring-return cylinders, blow jets and pilot signals. A double-acting cylinder needs pressurisation and exhaust at two ports, so specify a 5-port valve from the AirTAC 4V series instead.
