Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤0.8N·m).
Maintain minimum 15mm clearance around exhaust ports. Lubricate with ISO VG32
turbine oil if used in continuous duty cycles exceeding 50% ON-time.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtration with automatic drainage. Not compatible with phosphate
ester-based lubricants. Always install downstream pressure regulator when
operating below 0.3 MPa.
