This AirTAC ACE32X50 is a double acting ISO 21287 compact cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 50 mm stroke. Its hard-anodized aluminium body is about 50% shorter than an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it fits into tight jigs and guards where a full-length unit will not. The S45C steel rod is hard-chrome plated, and a fixed TPU bumper absorbs energy at both ends of travel.
At 0.5 MPa the push force is 402.1 N and the pull is 345.6 N, so plan for roughly 24.6 kgf of usable work when you apply a 2:1 safety margin to the push rating. The 1/8" port keeps air flow adequate for speeds up to 500 mm/s. This model has no magnet, so order the optional -S code if you need to fit CMSE or DMSE switches later.
