Installation guidelines:
Maintain ≤0.5mm/m alignment tolerance during mounting. Lubricate through air port with 1-2 drops of ISO VG32 oil every 50km of cumulative stroke. Avoid side load exceeding 30N.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants. Maximum lateral vibration tolerance: 4.9 m/s². Requires 5μm filtration for compressed air supply.
