Installation guidelines:
Use M5×0.8 mounting screws with 8.8 grade or higher. Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance
between cylinder body and welding area. Apply anti-spatter coating (not included)
for extended service life. Lubricate every 500,000 cycles using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.
Critical note:
Avoid lateral force exceeding 15N on piston rod. Always install with
clean/dry air (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2.4.2) and
use 40μm filter. Not suitable for vertical downward thrust applications.
