Specialized welding cylinder with anti-spatter coating and enhanced heat resistance. Features a 2mm thick barrel wall for thermal insulation and integrated debris-resistant wiper seals. The 32mm height profile allows installation in confined robotic welding cells. Requires 40μm filtered dry air with 1-50cSt viscosity oil mist lubrication.

Installation protocol:
Mount with heat-resistant gasket (≥3mm ceramic fiber) between cylinder and hot surfaces.
Perform weekly purge cycles to remove metallic particles. Avoid angular misalignment >0.5°.
