Installation protocol:
Maintain 0.5-1mm thermal expansion gap during mounting.
Use copper-based anti-seize compound on piston rod threads.
Requires monthly lubrication with MIL-PRF-23827 grease in continuous operation.
Critical note:
Avoid angular misalignment >0.5° to prevent premature seal wear.
Not compatible with phosphate ester hydraulic fluids.
