Installation tip:
For vertical mounting, use counterbalance valves. Cushion adjustment requires 1.5mm hex key -
turn clockwise to increase damping (max 270° rotation). Allow 5mm clearance behind rod end for maintenance.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtered air. Avoid side loads exceeding 2N·m. For pulsating applications (>2Hz cycle rate),
add rod guide bushing (ASMU16 accessory recommended).
